Company Overview
The overview provides you with an outline of the companies and nodes from the efsta portal which are available to you. Since the application inherits its authorizations and user information from the efsta portal, you always have access to all nodes / companies that you have permission to view in the efsta portal. You can furthermore adjust the efsta Wallet settings for all companies for which you have editing capabilities.
Once you have found the desired company, simply click anywhere on its entry and the node will be opened in the "Company options" view. You can now start editing.
The overview does not limit the companies according to feature settings. For the actual productive operation of the efsta Digital Receipt, one of the Simple Bill or Smart Bill features must have been configured for the respective company. However, in the detailed view of a selected company you will receive more detailed information about these configurations.
Contents Displayed
| Column Name | Description |

| Node Type | Defines the type of node that is currently being displayed. Currently only companies are supported, but in later releases of the management, locations or organizations can also be configured here. |
| Country Flag | Displays the country flag of the company. The country of the company is used, for example, to define the status layout for the Digital Receipt. This column is part of the company name and therefore does not have its own heading. |
| Name of the Node | The name of the node as it was configured in the efsta portal (including the efsta portal ID). Changes to the name within the efsta portal are transferred directly to Bill Management. The name can also be used to search, but it does NOT necessarily correspond to the display name as it can be manually maintained in the company settings. |
| Tax Information | The tax information (ECI) stored in the efsta portal. This can be used to identify the desired node (e.g. if its name is the same as another). This field is also part of the search. |
 | If a checkmark is displayed in this column, settings have already been saved once before for this node. They are loaded up when the node is opened and can be updated accordingly. |
 | If a checkmark is displayed in this column, settings for customer cards have already been made once before. This does not necessarily mean that the customer cards are currently activated. |
 | If a checkmark is displayed in this column, there is already at least one existing, defined set of voucher display options for the company. |
If a company is used in the course of calling up a digital receipt from efsta before initial configuration, the default settings are created on the basis of the company node from the efsta Portal. Therefore, additional functions or logos are not automatically activated.
Search Within the List
Depending on the permissions within the efsta portal, a list of possible company nodes can be displayed in the overview. These are not loaded all at once, but on individual pages, which can be switched at the top and bottom of the application using the page selection or navigation buttons (<, >). If you are looking for a specific company, the search bar can provide quick results by typing in the name of the company and the tax information, with respective matches automatically being returned in the list below.
- No explicit pressing of a button or key is required to perform a search
- The search is started automatically, shortly after the search text has been entered
- The search always takes place on the efsta Wallet server and not in a local database, therefore all changes from the efsta Portal are immediately reflected in the search
